The results of the Climate Survey were improved with 78% of employees considering as positive the aspects focused on the work environment. ISA CTEEP was also considered one of the "Best Companies to Work" by Great Place to Work (GPTW), International Institute (GPTW).
To enhance the management structure, it was created the Management Committee of Occupational Health and Security, which monthly gathers the employees of ISA CTEEP and of the subsidiaries, from different hierarchical levels, to discuss key themes, analyze indicators and implement the decision-making.
In 2016, ISA CTEEP resumed its participation in auctions, purchasing three lots of transmission projects totaling R$ 1,148.5 million and representing an expansion of 625 kilometers of transmission lines and 1,197 MVA of transformation capacity.
