Its purpose is to establish the criteria and procedures to be observed by the Company and by all persons linked to it for the orderly and transparent trading of securities, ensuring the non-use of privileged information that may influence its market price, as the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021. Approved by the Board of Directors on August 9, 2022.
