Its purpose is to establish guidelines and procedures that must be observed regarding the use and disclosure of information that may be considered a Material Act or Fact, as determined by article 17 of Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, of the CVM and its amendments (“CVM Resolution 44”).
